Refund policy
We guarantee that our products will be of exceptional quality and craftsmanship, and free from defects and flaws. As such, all of our products are baked by a 30-day limited manufacturer's defect warranty.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, all claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery of the claimed defect, with receipt or proof of purchase. Any shipping damages need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Approved claims resulting in a replacement must be for the same product. The purchaser will be asked to submit a brief description of the defect along with photos.
